Responsibilities

Technical Expertise

  • Subject Matter Expert in Purchase to Pay Processes with FI-MM integration.
  • Extensive cross-functional support experience.
  • Proficient in special procurement processes.
  • Responsible for SAP implementation, development, and support, particularly in SAP Materials Management (MM).

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client requirements, provide solutions, and configure the system.
  • Develop and present presentations/workshop decks for Blueprint sessions.
  • Create Process Flows using Microsoft Visio for client’s business processes.
  • Prepare Process Definition Documents (PDD) and Business Process Procedures (BPP).
  • Configure SAP MM to meet client standards and requirements.
  • Conduct AS-IS studies, gap analysis, and Blue-Print development.
  • Strong hands-on experience in MM areas: Material Master, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Account Determination, and Invoice Verification.
  • Manage inbound and outbound supply chains, including Purchase Requisitions, Quotations, Contracts, Purchase Orders, Stock Transport Orders, Inventory Management, and Invoice Verification.
  • Integrate MM with SD & FICO modules and external applications.
  • Familiarity with ASAP and other structured implementation methodologies.
  • Regular interaction with onsite teams and clients.
  • Provide status updates in daily/weekly calls.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with the onsite team and client.
  • Prepare test scripts and conduct testing following MM upgrades.
