Experience - 6-8yrs
Location - (Mumbai Onsite )

SKILL.
SSAP ISU Customer Service Functional Consultant -
In-depth knowledge of SAP ISU Customer service functionalities and integration with other SAP ISU modules
Prior experience in implementation projects
System configuration for all customer service functionalities and its integration with SAP CRM
Understanding the business requirement and map it in system
Coordination with other modules team members and third-party application vendors for integration
Identify opportunities for Automation and implement the same
Guide technical team w.r.t. development or modification in existing functionality as per business requirements

Resolve day to day queries of end users
Carry out Functional testing and Integration Testing and document the functional specifications
Follow ITIL standard for application management support
