As a key member of the Infosys consulting team, you will lead engagements to deliver high-quality, value-adding solutions to clients. Your role will involve:

• Consulting Leadership: Guiding efforts from problem definition to diagnosis, solution design, development, and deployment.
• Proposal Review: Evaluating consultant proposals and providing expert guidance.
• Risk Analysis: Identifying potential risks and issues in proposed solutions.
• Change Management: Proposing structured approaches for managing change through effective communication.
• Team Leadership: Coaching, training, and inspiring team members, providing feedback and recognition for high performance.
• Unit-level Initiatives: Contributing to organizational initiatives, adhering to company guidelines and processes.
