Deloitte Opportunities
We are seeking candidates with functional experience in two or more of the following Oracle Cloud modules: Global HR, Compensation, Talent Management, Benefits, Absence, Time and Labor, or Payroll. Additionally, expertise in SAP HR and SuccessFactors product suites is desirable, particularly for candidates with experience in large-scale HR Transformation projects.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of large global projects, driving teams and collaborating with cross-functional groups.
- Lead in-depth understanding and implementation of HCM processes, strategies, and integration with other functions.
- Oversee HR technology implementations (SAP HCM, SuccessFactors), data conversion, and process improvements.
- Ensure client satisfaction, adherence to project timelines, budgets, and delivery quality.
- Mentor teams, drive innovation, and manage risk and change control processes.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1–12 years of SAP HCM experience and/or SuccessFactors certification.
- Minimum of 3 years in SAP HCM and 2 implementations of SuccessFactors.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, system integration, and data conversion.
- Certified in one or more SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, LMS, Compensation, etc.).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
