Job Description:

As a Senior Associate, you will be a key player in solving complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include:

• Use feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness and enhance personal strengths.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your domain with a proven track record.
• Innovate by developing Client POC/POV for integrating emerging technologies like Blockchain and AI into product platforms.
• Mentor junior team members and lead knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Demonstrate flexibility in taking on stretch assignments.
• Conduct ticket quality and deliverables reviews.
• Manage project status reporting and ensure adherence to SLAs.
• Demonstrate leadership by working directly with clients and leading engagements.

Position Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Minimum 6 years of SAP experience, with involvement in multiple SAP ABAP implementation projects.
• Ability to understand client requirements, provide solutions, create functional specifications, and implement technical components.
• Expertise in creating Technical Design Documents (TDD) and Unit Test documents.
• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with experience as a team lead.
• Familiarity with SAP Support project lifecycle, including Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Support activities.
• Knowledge in Forms (SAP Scripts, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms), Reports (ALV, Classical), Interfaces (ALE/IDOC, BAPI), Conversions (LSMW/BDC), Enhancements (User Exits, BADI, Enhancement Spots), Object-Oriented ABAP, and Workflows.
• Proficiency in OData (SAP ODATA Framework, Eclipse IDE, SAP Web IDE) and Fiori, with experience in UI5 programming, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, JQuery, Angular JS.
• Ability to configure and customize Fiori apps, develop OData services, and work with CDS Views.
• Core experience in ABAP on HANA with UI5 is essential.
