Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree.
• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience in consulting firms is preferred.
• Proactive, Problem solving, Analytical reasoning approach.
• Ability to drive results.
• Collaborative skills for working in cross functional matrix environment.
• Should be able to lead teams independently and drive KPI outputs.
• Expert on MS-Excel, Power point, MS projects and MS Word.
• Experience in Semiconductor industry is an added advantage.
• Preference will be given to those with experience in high tech or manufacturing industry.
