Roles And Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design, development, unit test and deployment on Salesforce classic and lightning platforms as part of Agile cadence.
• Work on user stories, data loads, minor/major enhancements in partnership with business and product owners.
• Work on production incident debugging, analysis, bug fixes and deployment.
• Responsible for the overall platform health, sustenance, governance, and standards adherence with a goal to reduce technical debt and 80% utilization of out of the box Salesforce features.
• Define and incorporate best-in class governance and standard practices on the platform profiles, permission sets, naming conventions, license utilization, duplicate record avoidance and business self-service features.
• Build salesforce developer and operational technical guides, patterns, and best practices to towards building/maintaining a sustainable Salesforce platform.
• As platform consultant on various projects through successful implementation
