Responsibilities:
Review and analyze business processes and make appropriate recommendations for improvement.
Translate business requirements into specifications enabling solution delivery.
Work directly with the business users to gather requirements, coordinate and execute user testing, coordinate and execute user training, and provide end user support.
Work directly with technical teams to successfully deliver SAP projects to manufacturing sites throughout Flowserve.
Identify and quickly respond to issues and opportunities.
