Primary Responsibilities

• Provide expert level business analysis on the following SAP modules – FI, CO, MM, SD, PM, PP, PS
• Implements and develops customer deliverables using Syniti methodology and tools that meet or exceed customer requirements
• Proficient in CranSoft, DSP, SAP Data Services or other Data Migration tools
• Deliver client-specific data migration solutions using the Syniti toolset, working to prescribed development standards.
• Work with adherence to the Syniti Data Migration methodology.
• Develop and demonstrating a good understanding of business processes for their assigned functional area/data objects.
• Demonstrate a strong knowledge of underlying technical data structures and definitions for assigned functional process area/data objects.
• Contribute to an integrated data solution through data analysis, reporting and collaboration with on-site Syniti colleagues and clients.
• Creation and Maintenance of SAP Data Migration plan
• Expert in SAP Data Extraction, Transform and Load
• Create and maintain data load programs.
• Execution of end-to-end data loads and reconciliations.
• Communication with onsite teams and client personnel
• Train new consultants on SAP Migration Toolsets
• Work closely with other consultants on customer site as a part of small to large size project teams
• Conduct requirements analysis, data analysis and create reports
• Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products
• Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients
