Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of the Time Off module within SAP SuccessFactors.
• Configure and customize the Time Off module to meet the company's specific requirements.
• Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and develop a project plan for the implementation.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance of the Time Off module to ensure it meets the company's requirements.
• Develop and deliver training programs for HR and other stakeholders on the use of the Time Off module.
• Develop and implement communication plans to ensure all employees are aware of the new Time Off module and its features.
• Provide ongoing support to HR and IT stakeholders following the implementation.
• Stay up to date with industry best practices and trends related to time off and SAP SuccessFactors.
