Job Opening / Dow Is Hiring for SAP GTS Solution Manager

Responsibilities – Duties, projects, tasks, and activities you would be responsible for in this role.

• End-To-End ownership (Requirement Analysis -> Blueprint -> Functional Design -> Realization -> Deployment -> Testing -> User Support) of SAP GTS and International Trade in ECC
• Extensive work experience in SAP GTS implementations and related SAP ECC functionalities
• Thorough understanding of all the SAP GTS modules (Compliance, Customs, Risk)
• Strong hands-on SAP GTS configuration experience of all the SAP GTS modules
• Functional and Technical understanding of SAP GTS
• Supports implementation and user adoption and impacts a range of customer, operational, and project activities.
• Assists Sr. Solution Manager with workload analysis for team to ensure proper resource alignment for capacity planning.
• Responsible to follow ITIL framework to deliver value for users of the service.

Qualifications – Required education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities that are needed for this role (must haves).

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
• Understanding of the ITO process knowledge
• Knowledge and experience of SAP GTS and e-Customs and Experience with SAP ECC technical and functional expertise
