• Develop and implement custom Salesforce solutions, focusing on maximising CRM Analytics for actionable insights and improved customer engagement
• Create dashboards, reports, and predictive models within CRM Analytics to support various business needs across marketing, sales, and customer service
• Work with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and how CRM Analytics can meet them, ensuring solutions align with business objectives
• Ensure Salesforce solutions and CRM Analytics integrations are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with our enterprise architecture and security standards
• Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce and CRM Analytics features and technologies, finding opportunities for innovation and improvement
• Participate in all phases of Salesforce project life cycles, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM Analytics with other systems and data sources, ensuring a cohesive data ecosystem
• Mentor and coach junior developers, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous learning
