Required Qualifications:

·        4-7 years of industry experience

·        Experience of working on Installations/ Upgrades/ Migrations of SAP Application/NetWeaver Suite of products like CRM, SRM, ERP, MDM, SCM, S4 HANA

·        Experience of working on BI, PI, Portal & Gateway on Windows/Unix flavors platforms with database systems like HANA, Oracle/MS SQL server/DB2

·        Implementation/support experience on SAP Technical Infrastructure components that run on ABAP and JAVA stacks

·        Experience of working on different configurations of Solution manager such as Technical Operations, CCMS, Wily Introscope, Service desk, EWA, SMD, MOPZ etc

·        Worked on at least one implementation/support project with good understanding of implementation/support phases

·        Good understanding of the system landscape

·        Experience with SAP Installations / Upgrades

·        Experience of writing system specification documents

·        Prior involvement in preparation of technical strategy and approach documents

·        Good team player and experience of working with small and large teams

·        Experience in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) service management processes

·        Experience in ITSM tools and methodologies
