Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following

• Acting as a consultant for our business to ensure that they benefit the most from our services.
• Providing second-level support to our IT support organization, as part of that, possessing thorough knowledge on functional / configurational capabilities of supported tools, and the capability to troubleshoot faults.
• Planning and evaluating existing procurement IT solutions and their feature sets to maximize added value.
• Participating in development projects by assessing requirements, reviewing and presenting product capabilities, best practices, and proposals for project planning, implementation, and support phases.
• Working on the development of relevant technical standards and connected applications, as well as creating and managing specifications and necessary documentation for new developments.
