Your future duties and responsibilities:

• As part of the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team, provides interactive and engaging ERP instruction in Advantage modules to a collection of public sector professionals and supporting state staff enterprise wide, in support of end user adoption and effectiveness with the solution.

• Identifies and maintains a broad understanding of agency workflows throughout the enterprise and the functional requirements and system specifications required by the end user population, utilizing this knowledge to implement curriculum and update training material, if needed.

• Documents project Training Plan approach and strategy in collaboration with the OCM Plan.

• Coordinates and conducts IT ERP Training for immediate project team and client's Trainers (Train the Trainer format) using Adult Learning Principles and the latest instructional technology tools.

• Collaborates creatively, resourcefully, and diligently with the project teams to define course structure, content, and instructional delivery method to produce and maintain high quality training.

• Assess training needs before, during, and after each class; Identify potential training gaps/issues and work with stakeholders to resolve; Makes necessary adjustments to training delivery based on trainer and stakeholder feedback.

• Support State trainers as the roll out and implement training to end users.

• Ensure timely availability of necessary training materials.
