JOB Description
 

• Project Initiation:
• Plan and coordinate activities which need to be before the project launch in SAP Such as Master data, BOM review, etc.
• Project launch:
• Launch Project In SAP and communicate / coordinate with cross functional team for project deliverable.
• Initiates kick off meeting and follow project play book.
• Extract BOM from the system as per Machines planned.
• Interaction with cross functional team for activities planning.
• Project coordination, follow up and planning:
• Follow standard WOW in SAP and playbook for project coordination, follow up and planning.
• Release components follow for cross functional team and update for project bottlenecks.
• Monitor critical activities of project & reporting on time.
• Follow up on Project deliverables.
• Complete project cycle Management:
• Takes the lead in Project Creation as per requirement.
• Does the follow-up of important activities.
• Interact with different stakeholders for successful closing of project.
• Various Administrative activities for Projects:
• Communicate regularly on the progress of activities of project.
• Project tracking in Excel with Different remarks.
• Reporting on regular basis.
