Key responsibilities:
- Minimum 2 Full life cycle of Global SAP implementations experience and demonstrated project implementation experience.
- Should be familiar with Integration of SAP S4 HANA QM with other SAP modules like EWM, PP, MM and SD.
- Works closely with the development team (internal and external) to assure a timely solution is delivered according to the specifications and implementation needs of the business.
- Excellent Planning and Communication skill.
- Should be able to perform custom & standard configurations in SAP system to satisfy the business requirements.
- Detailed knowledge of SAP quality notifications and integration with Fiori.
- Detailed knowledge of all QM master data and configuration.
- Detailed knowledge of material movements and how they relate to quality processes.
- Ability to configure QM to meet business requirements.
- Ability to align QM systems and complex data models with business strategies.
- Hands on Experience in SAP enhancements, reports, interfaces, and developments as meet business needs.
- Ability to work closely with the business to ensure requirements are correctly identified and documented.
- Cross functional knowledge and ability to work with people from different disciplines.
- Carryout System Testing of the fixed Incidents and update defects in Quality Center then coordinate with the business for UAT signoff and then manage the release/deployment of the fix.
- Delivering Impact assessment/solutions for change requests raised by the business.
- Assessing and suggesting the required upgrades in the form of support packs/enhancement packs
- Manage, coordinate and report application major incidents (P1 & P2)
- Preparation of cutover plan/RFC for implementation.
- Build end to end documentation and catalogue for supported applications and known errors.
- Support to Design daily, weekly, and monthly management reports for business.
