Responsibilities:
As Operations Manager at Atos, you will be responsible for:
First point of escalation contact for customer issues, concerns: Addressing and resolving customer issues promptly and effectively.
Operation meeting with counterpart (lead country/customer): Collaborating with Atos counterparts to ensure operational alignment and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and track the issue logs to Completion: Managing and monitoring issue resolution processes to ensure timely completion.
Problem Management: Identifying, documenting, and resolving problems to minimize impact on Atos operations.
Maintain RCA database and review the RCA, ensure delivery of RCA in agreed timelines & quality: Managing the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process at Atos to identify and address underlying issues.
RCA action closure for effectiveness: Implementing corrective actions derived from RCAs to prevent recurrence of issues.
Pro-active problem management: Anticipating and addressing potential issues before they escalate within Atos.
Analyze the cause of false, recurring tickets and severity 1 incidents and suggest improvements to resolve and avoid recurrence: Conducting in-depth analysis to improve service delivery at Atos and prevent future incidents.
Participation in Crisis calls: Collaborating in crisis situations at Atos to provide effective solutions and mitigate risks.
Analysis of Service performance Reports for corrective actions: Reviewing service performance reports at Atos and implementing necessary improvements.
Perform EHP, Version Upgrades , DB version upgrades, Performance Analysis and tuning , Solution Manager configuration: Executing technical tasks related to system upgrades, performance analysis, and Solution Manager configuration at Atos.
