Roles And Responsibilities

• Stay updated with the relevant regulations, guidelines, and legislation affecting retirement plans and pension schemes in the UK
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and assist in preparing reports and documentation for regulatory bodies
• Work closely with other members of the retirement team, including actuaries, analysts, and consultants, to support the overall objectives of the team
• Do actuarial calculations, such as funding update, accounting disclosures, GMP equalization and member queriers
• Use actuarial software and tools to perform actuarial valuations and projections
• Stay updated with the latest developments and best practices in the actuarial field, including attending seminars, workshops, and pursuing relevant professional certification

• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds
• Logical and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with a keen eye for detail
