Job Title: Virtual Customer Service Associate
Location: Work from home in Maharashtra, Tier B City limits only (Nagpur, Nashik, Solapur, Kolapur, Sangli)
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, chat, and/or email.
- Handle order and product inquiries, payment matters, and website guidance.
- Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions to communicate effectively with customers.
- Deliver exceptional support experience by leveraging training provided to problem-solve for customers without relying on scripts.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduation.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Internet Explorer.
- Ability to communicate clearly and correctly with all customers.
- Capable of using a desktop computer system.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Hard-working, articulate, and detail-oriented.
- Friendly and customer-focused in every situation.
- Quick learner who embraces change.
- Comfortable multi-tasking in a high-energy environment.
- Minimum age: 18 years old.
- Legal right to work in India.
- Available to work varying shifts within the operating hours of 12 am to 12 pm, Monday to Sunday.
