Job Title: Virtual Customer Service Associate

Location: Work from home in Maharashtra, Tier B City limits only (Nagpur, Nashik, Solapur, Kolapur, Sangli)

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, chat, and/or email.
• Handle order and product inquiries, payment matters, and website guidance.
• Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions to communicate effectively with customers.
• Deliver exceptional support experience by leveraging training provided to problem-solve for customers without relying on scripts.

Qualifications:

• Any Graduation.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Internet Explorer.
• Ability to communicate clearly and correctly with all customers.
• Capable of using a desktop computer system.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Hard-working, articulate, and detail-oriented.
• Friendly and customer-focused in every situation.
• Quick learner who embraces change.
• Comfortable multi-tasking in a high-energy environment.
• Minimum age: 18 years old.
• Legal right to work in India.
• Available to work varying shifts within the operating hours of 12 am to 12 pm, Monday to Sunday.
