- Experience in SAP Time Management – Positive & Negative
- Experience in Work Schedule Rules, Holiday Calendars, Substitutions, Absence Valuation, Time Wage type selection rules.
- Experience in creating and defining custom operations and rules
- Experience with Yearend activities and support packs implementation.
- Experience in SAP HCM Payroll module.
- Experience in SAP US Payroll is an advantage.
- Willing to work US Hours Shift
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
