JOB DESCRIPTION:
 Good client facing experience.
Support in finalizing design and propose best practice approach/ processes.
Expert in PMGM module config
Should be able to propose design implement RBP Support cutover doc prep, Golive and PGLS and Prep doc on Training Materials
Good knowledge in SPCDP, EC Troubleshoot and provide resolution/work around for issues.
Able to Enhance the current process/ re-build current config.
Good knowledge of incident mgmt., Change mgmt., integration IT dependencies
